Honey & Pine Coffee Shop
This cute little drive through coffee shop is perfect for those on the go or need a quick coffee fix for the road. They offer all the classic coffee options along with real fruit smoothies and even donuts! Their donuts are always fresh and guaranteed to brighten up your morning or afternoon.
If you are looking to switch things up a little from your usual order, then try one of Honey and Pine’s signature drinks which include the Mexican mocha, a honey comb latte, or the lavander chai latte. The best though would have to be the brown sugar cinnamon latte in our opinion.
Proust Coffee
This gem of a coffee shop is a surprise in small town Redmond. It first opened in 2016 by owner Lauren Blackwelder with a dream of bringing great coffee and traditional Leige waffles to the locals. She wanted her customers to know that every cup of coffee and pastry is made with love and hopes that guests leave with their hearts full of joy ready to spread the happiness.
The coffee at Proust comes from Lone Pine Coffee Roasters in Bend, a small family run roaster, and the Leige waffles are baked fresh daily in-house. Don’t know what Leige waffles are? They are waffles that originated in Belgium which are firm and crunchy. The sugar used is a specialty imported from Belgium which helps to give these waffles a caramelized shell. The store also carries a variety of other baked goods that come from nearby Sisters Bakery if you prefer something else.
You know what else is good about this coffee shop? All of the syrups are made in-house! No pre-made powder mixes or pre-made liquids that are usually filled with unhealthy ingredients. So don’t feel bad about adding caramel or mocha flavoring to your beverage here. Other flavors on offer include vanilla bean and cardomon but they sometimes have seasonal variations too.

The coffee here is great and the staff are super friendly. Bonus points given for the convenient location just off highway 97 which is helpful if you are traveling to Bend or out to popular eastern Oregon destinations.
