During my visit, they had two ciders from Goose Ridge Vineyards on tap: a blackberry cider and a cosmic crisp cider. Cosmic Crisp apples are grown only in Washington State, specifically in the Columbia River Basin making Tri-Cities the ultimate place to find and sample the freshest Cosmic Crisps!
Goose Ridge Vineyards has a tasting room in Richland, and is a great stop for wine and cider enthusiasts looking to explore more of the local offerings in Tri-Cities.
My friend and I shared a flight of six beers, and my favorite by far was the Wild Bing Cherry Sour Ale from Engine House No 9 Brewery in Tacoma. It was wonderfully tart, maybe too tart for some people’s liking, but I loved it!
Bing cherries also originate in the Pacific Northwest, making this region one of the best places to enjoy them at their freshest and most flavorful.
The Food at White Bluffs Brewing
White Bluffs Brewing also features rotating food trucks, adding to the experience with a variety of delicious options.
During my visit, they had an Indian food truck on-site, and I ordered the butter chicken. It was incredibly flavorful, authentic tasting, and reasonably priced—a perfect pairing with a good craft beer.
